We starten het seizoen op een onwaarschijnlijk fantastische manier met het concertprogramma "Des Knaban Wunderhorn"

With its unique strength - double wind quintet, string quintet, guitar, percussion and piano -Emanon is without doubt one of Flanders’ most fascinating ensembles. Emanon’s openness, artistry and innovative programmes never fail to produce highly intense concerts. The 16 musicians under the baton of Raf De Keninck will present a unique project centred on Gustav Mahler’s “Des Knaben Wunderhorn” lied cycle as well as the creation of a work by the Flemish composer Petra Vermote. One of the soloists will be the Dutch mezzo soprano Margriet van Reisen. Together with Emanon, she is bound to create magic during this concert.
